This sugar paste has been developed with quality in mind. The Gum Tragacanth that we use is of the highest specification for the centipoise
that is available in the UK. We use an ultra fine sugar to produce a smooth mouth feel and has good elasticity to
match that of the market leader. We can honestly say this is the BEST SUGAR PASTE we have ever produced.
Both the Panache and Palm Free pastes are perfect for the specification required by the wedding cake designer with the flexibility from there structure.
Easy to roll to an ultra thin layer, retains strength with a satin smooth finish, retains moisture to prevent elephant skin.
